Toe Extension
Toe Extension is a biomechanical movement characterized by the dorsiflexion of the toes at the metatarsophalangeal and interphalangeal joints, primarily mediated by the extrinsic foot muscles extensor digitorum longus and extensor hallucis longus, which act to elevate the toes relative to the plantar surface of the foot.
