Time-resolved Single-molecule Dynamics

Time-Resolved Single-Molecule Dynamics is a methodological framework in single-molecule biophysics that enables the direct observation and quantification of conformational or positional changes of individual molecules over time with high temporal resolution, thereby distinguishing it from ensemble-averaged or static single-molecule measurements.
