Time-dependent Polarizability

Time-Dependent Polarizability is a dynamic electromagnetic response property that quantifies the temporally varying dipole moment induced in an atom or molecule per unit of an applied oscillating electric field, distinguished from static polarizability by its explicit dependence on the frequency and time evolution of the external perturbation.
