Tide-generated Waves

Tide-Generated Waves is a hydrodynamic phenomenon representing a class of internal gravity waves in the ocean that are generated through the interaction of tidal currents with underwater topography, distinguished from other wave types by their direct dependence on tidal forcing and their role in redistributing tidal energy across the ocean's interior.
