Three-body Forces

Three-Body Forces is an effective interaction in nuclear physics that, within the framework of few-body systems and nuclear matter, extends beyond pairwise potentials by accounting for forces that simultaneously involve three nucleons, thereby arising from the non-additive component of the nuclear force not reducible to sums of two-body interactions.
