Template-based Library Design
Template-Based Library Design is a chemical library design strategy that belongs to the class of structure-guided approaches, in which the construction of a compound library is systematically derived from a common molecular scaffold or template, distinguishing it from diversity-oriented methods by prioritizing structural homology and scaffold-focused exploration to optimize target affinity, synthesizability, or property profiles.
