Temperature Feedbacks

Temperature Feedbacks is a climatological mechanism that describes the process by which changes in temperature induce alterations in Earth system components, such as ice cover or water vapor concentration, which in turn amplify or dampen the initial temperature change through radiative forcing, thereby influencing climate sensitivity and system stability.
