Telomere Evolution

Telomere Evolution is a theoretical construct in plant genome evolution that describes the dynamic changes in telomeric DNA sequences and associated protein complexes over evolutionary time, distinguishing it from other genomic subdomain evolution mechanisms by its focus on the maintenance, divergence, and functional adaptation of chromosome ends in plant lineages.
