Talar Head Uncoverage

Talar Head Uncoverage is a radiographic measurement in foot and ankle imaging that quantifies the extent to which the talar head is exposed due to loss of normal articulation or support from the overlying navicular and medial cuneiform, distinguishing it from other flatfoot deformity metrics by specifically assessing the degree of structural collapse in the medial longitudinal arch.
