Synoptic-scale Variability
Synoptic-Scale Variability is a meteorological phenomenon characterized by temporal and spatial fluctuations in atmospheric conditions, such as pressure, temperature, and wind, occurring over horizontal scales of approximately 100 to 2,000 kilometers and temporal scales of one to several days, primarily associated with the development and movement of synoptic weather systems.
