Synaptic Network Hyperexcitability

Synaptic Network Hyperexcitability is a neurobiological construct characterized by an abnormal elevation in the collective responsiveness of synaptic networks to neuronal inputs, distinguished from baseline excitability by its sustained, pathologically amplified signaling dynamics that predispose neural circuits to dysfunctional firing patterns.
