Sutureless Vitrectomy

Sutureless Vitrectomy is a minimally invasive surgical technique in vitreoretinal surgery characterized by the use of small-gauge instrumentation (typically 23-gauge, 25-gauge, or 27-gauge) that enables transconjunctival entry and obviates the need for scleral sutures during wound closure.
