Surfactant Self-assembly

Surfactant Self-Assembly is a thermodynamically driven process in which amphiphilic molecules spontaneously organize at liquid-liquid interfaces into structurally ordered aggregates, such as micelles, bilayers, or emulsions, driven by the minimization of free energy through the segregation of hydrophilic and hydrophobic domains.
