Surface Texture Restoration is a pavement rehabilitation method that specifically refines the surface macrotexture of deteriorated asphalt or concrete pavements through mechanical treatments such as diamond grinding, grooving, or surface renewal techniques to restore skid resistance, reduce noise, and improve surface drainage without altering the structural integrity of the pavement layer.
