Super-x Divertor
The Super-X Divertor is a magnetic divertor configuration in tokamak fusion devices designed to achieve enhanced heat and particle exhaust by significantly increasing the divertor plasma wetted area and magnetic flux expansion while reducing ion incidence angles, thereby enabling higher power handling and improved detachment compatibility compared to conventional divertor geometries.
