Subsolidus Flow

Subsolidus Flow is a geodynamic process denoting the quasi-static, thermally driven deformation and mass transport of solid silicate minerals within the Earth's mantle under high pressure and temperature conditions, occurring in the absence of partial melting, thereby distinguishing it from melt-mediated or viscous flow mechanisms.
