Sublevel Caving

Sublevel Caving is a controlled underground mining method in which ore is extracted from sublevels drilled into a steeply dipping orebody, allowing overlying waste rock to progressively collapse and fill the void, distinguished from other block caving techniques by its staged, horizontal slicing and gravity-driven ore retrieval.
