Subgrain Formation
Subgrain Formation is a microstructural evolution process in which a new class of low-angle grain boundaries emerges within a deformed crystal lattice, distinguished from other recrystallization mechanisms by the progressive accumulation of dislocation walls that subdivide the original grain into distinct subgrains without immediate high-angle boundary formation.
