Structure-based Feature Identification
Structure-Based Feature Identification is a computational methodology in pharmacophore modeling that identifies spatially and chemically relevant molecular features by analyzing the three-dimensional structure of a target macromolecule or ligand-target complex, thereby distinguishing it from ligand-based approaches that rely solely on known active molecules.
