Strong Lensing By Clusters

Strong Lensing By Clusters is a gravitational lensing phenomenon in which massive galaxy clusters induce pronounced distortions, such as multiple images, arcs, or Einstein rings, in the light from background sources due to their deep gravitational potential wells, thereby enabling precise mapping of dark matter distributions on large scales.
