Static Flow Control

Static Flow Control is a flow control mechanism that belongs to the class of predetermined, rule-based strategies in which data transmission rates and routing decisions are established prior to system operation and remain invariant during runtime, thereby distinguishing it from dynamic or adaptive flow control methods that adjust parameters in response to real-time network conditions.
