Standard Binding Enthalpy
Standard Binding Enthalpy is the enthalpy change associated with the formation of a biomolecular complex from its constituents under standard conditions, specifically at unit activity, defined pressure, and temperature, typically 298.15 K and 1 bar, and represents the heat absorbed or released during binding in the absence of non-specific interactions.
