Spin-dependent Transport

Spin-Dependent Transport is a physical transport phenomenon in which the movement of charge carriers across a metal-semiconductor interface is governed by the intrinsic spin polarization of the carriers, thereby distinguishing it from conventional transport mechanisms that neglect spin as a degree of freedom.
