Speeding Liability is a legal and ethical construct within road user duty that identifies the responsibility of an individual for harm or risk arising from operating a vehicle at a speed exceeding statutory or situational limits, thereby distinguishing it from other forms of traffic-related liability through its focus on velocity-based culpability.
