Spectrin-actin Network

The Spectrin-Actin Network is a cytoskeletal scaffold structure that organizes and stabilizes the plasma membrane by forming a submembrane lattice in which spectrin tetramers link actin filaments into periodic assemblies, thereby conferring mechanical resilience and spatial organization to the membrane-cytoskeleton interface.
