Spatial Proteomics

Spatial Proteomics is a methodological framework within proteomics that enables the systematic mapping of protein expression and localization across distinct spatial contexts of biological tissues or cells, distinguished from related approaches by its integration of high-resolution spatial information with quantitative protein profiling to resolve subcellular and tissue-level proteome architectures.
