Spatial Glycomics

Spatial Glycomics is a specialized analytical framework within spatial omics that enables the high-resolution mapping and characterization of glycans and their structural variants directly within intact biological tissues, thereby preserving the spatial context of glycosylation patterns critical for understanding cell–cell interactions, tissue heterogeneity, and disease microenvironments.
