Space Regaining

Space Regaining is an interceptive orthodontic procedure within preventive orthodontics that employs fixed or removable appliances to recover previously lost dental arch length and interdental space, usually after premature loss of primary teeth or mesial migration of permanent teeth, in order to re-establish adequate room for the proper eruption and alignment of the successor dentition.
