Skeletal Fusion Analysis is a forensic anthropological method that estimates an individual’s age at death by examining the progressive union of skeletal epiphyses, sutures, and synchondroses, distinguishing it from other osteological aging techniques through its focus on the temporal sequence and completeness of bone fusion across the human skeleton.
