Shock Response Spectrum

A Shock Response Spectrum is a computational metric that characterizes the peak dynamic response of a single-degree-of-freedom system to a transient acceleration input as a function of natural frequency and damping, thereby distinguishing it from general vibration analyses by focusing on extremal responses to short-duration shocks.
