Shared Resource Governance

Shared Resource Governance is a normative framework within common property regimes that specifies the institutional rules, collective decision-making processes, and operational mechanisms through which a community collectively manages, allocates, and monitors access to and use of a shared natural or socio-technical resource, thereby distinguishing it from centralized state control or market-based privatization approaches.
