Sermon Biography
Sermon Biography is a scholarly genre of religious narrative that, as a methodological construct within African American religious studies, centers on reconstructing the lived theological commitments, rhetorical practices, and sociohistorical impact of an individual preacher primarily through the critical analysis of their sermonic corpus rather than conventional biographical sources.
