Schur Numbers

Schur Number is a Ramsey-theoretic integer-valued function that denotes the largest integer for which the interval of positive integers up to that number can be partitioned into sum-free sets, thereby determining the threshold beyond which any such partition must contain a monochromatic solution to the equation x + y = z.
