Scaffold Recognition

Scaffold Recognition is a computational method in molecular biology that identifies and characterizes the structural frameworks within biomolecules to which specific ligands or functional groups selectively bind, distinguishing it from general binding affinity models by focusing on the spatial and chemical compatibility between the scaffold and its binding partners.
