Sarcoidal Dermatitis

Sarcoidal Dermatitis is a histopathological pattern of dermal inflammatory response characterized by the presence of well-formed, non-necrotizing granulomas composed of epithelioid histiocytes, typically arranged in a nodular configuration, which distinguishes it from other granulomatous dermatitides by its specific architectural and cytological features.
