S Phase Exit
S Phase Exit is a regulatory biological process representing the transition point at which a eukaryotic cell concludes DNA replication and commits to progression into the subsequent phase of the cell cycle, distinguished from other cell cycle transitions by the completion of genome duplication and the inactivation of S phase-specific cyclin-dependent kinase activities.
