Rydberg Dressing

Rydberg Dressing is a quantum optics technique that belongs to the class of atomic state engineering methods, wherein the long-range interactions characteristic of Rydberg states are coherently imparted to ground-state atoms through off-resonant laser coupling, thereby endowing them with exaggerated Rydberg-like properties without full excitation.
