Risk-averse Scheduling

Risk-Averse Scheduling is a multi-project scheduling approach that, as a genus, belongs to the class of project scheduling methods, and, by differentia, specifically incorporates risk mitigation strategies and preferences for lower uncertainty or variability in project outcomes, often through conservative resource allocation, buffer management, or prioritization of robust schedules over purely efficiency-driven ones.
