Risk Capacity
Risk Capacity is a financial and strategic planning construct that denotes the maximum level of risk an organization can absorb in pursuit of its objectives, considering its financial strength, operational resilience, and ability to recover from adverse outcomes, thereby distinguishing it from risk appetite and risk tolerance which reflect desired or acceptable levels of risk.
