Revocation Of Trusts
Revocation of Trusts is a legal doctrine within the termination of express trusts whereby a settlor, where explicitly permitted by the trust instrument or applicable statute, withdraws the trust’s validity and regains control over the trust property, thereby extinguishing the trustee’s fiduciary duties and the beneficiaries’ equitable interests.
