Retaliation-driven Constructive Discharge

Retaliation-Driven Constructive Discharge is a form of constructive discharge in which an employee's resignation is precipitated by intolerable working conditions intentionally created by the employer as a direct response to the employee's prior exercise of legally protected rights, thereby distinguishing it from other forms of constructive discharge by its retaliatory motive and causal linkage to protected activity.
