Reproductive Oppression is a structural and systemic form of gender-based domination that restricts women’s and marginalized genders’ bodily autonomy, particularly through institutional control over reproduction, distinguishing it from other forms of oppression by its focus on the regulation of fertility, pregnancy, and parenting as sites of social and political control.
