Remplissage Procedure

Remplissage Procedure is a surgical technique in shoulder arthroscopy that involves capsulotenodesis of the infraspinatus tendon and posterior capsule into the posterior humeral avulsion of the glenohumeral ligament (bony Bankart) lesion, thereby eliminating the dead space in the posterosuperior glenoid and stabilizing the joint in cases of traumatic anterior shoulder instability with engaging Hill-Sachs lesions.
