Remainder Servitudes
Remainder Servitudes is a legal doctrine in property law that refers to a future interest in land created when a servitude is granted for a limited duration or conditional purpose, with the right to exercise the servitude reviving in a designated party upon the termination of the prior interest or condition, thus distinguishing it from concurrent or immediate servitudes by its deferred and residual nature.
