Relational Movement

Relational Movement is a movement-based construct within the field of dance and embodied performance that designates a mode of physical interaction in which movement arises through continuous, mutually responsive contact between bodies, distinguished by its emphasis on shared weight, tactile communication, and the emergence of choreographic form through real-time relational dynamics rather than predetermined sequences.
