Refugee Children
Refugee Children is a legal and policy category of persons under eighteen years of age who, in accordance with international refugee law, are outside their country of origin or habitual residence owing to a well-founded fear of persecution or serious harm and who, for that reason, require international protection and the application of child-specific rights safeguards.
