Rare Decays

Rare Decays is a theoretical and experimental phenomenon in particle physics characterized by decay processes of elementary particles that occur at significantly lower rates compared to dominant decay modes, typically suppressed within the Standard Model due to loop-level mechanisms, flavor-changing neutral currents, or higher-order weak interactions, and thus serve as sensitive probes for detecting new physics beyond the Standard Model.
