Randomness Amplification is a computational procedure in randomized computation that belongs to the class of randomness-enhancing techniques, specifically distinguished by its ability to transform a source of weak randomness into a nearly uniform distribution of random bits, thereby increasing the statistical quality of randomness available for algorithmic use.
