Rag-mediated Recombination

RAG-Mediated Recombination is a site-specific genetic recombination process mediated by the recombination-activating gene (RAG) complex that catalyzes the assembly of variable, diversity, and joining gene segments in antigen receptor loci, thereby generating combinatorial diversity in B and T cell receptors during lymphocyte development.
