Rab3-Mediated Release is a molecular mechanism of synaptic vesicle exocytosis that belongs to the family of Rab GTPase-regulated trafficking processes and is distinguished by the specific involvement of Rab3 isoforms in modulating vesicle docking, priming, and activity-dependent neurotransmitter release at chemical synapses.
